Both plans include a weekly system health report. If a scan identifies an issue, a report is generated immediately with an explanation of the problem, the expected fix, the estimated time needed to fix it, and an assessment of its seriousness.
Authorized access to the systems covered by your plan must remain active throughout the subscription so scans and reporting can continue.
Built for you to manage and extend
Every system includes an AI prompt for customers who want to use their own chatbot for monitoring. This approach is recommended for people with technical knowledge who are comfortable managing their own tools.
Every build is designed so someone with that knowledge can readily configure, troubleshoot, implement changes, and add programming.
Your system retains the capabilities it was built with. It will not learn or become more efficient on its own over time. For technically comfortable owners, a personal chatbot can help identify improvements and support ongoing refinement.
Adding to your system
Additional basic automations are $150 each with a monthly plan, or $500 each without a monthly plan. These rates apply to additions to an existing system.
Complex builds require a new consult and service agreement. Third-party software and provider charges are separate.

Are there any ongoing costs?
Text-message charges depend on your provider. Any required or optional third-party software costs are discussed before we design your system. There are no ongoing UndercurrentIQ fees for the core system. Optional Monthly Monitoring is $350/month with daily scans. Monthly Maintenance is $100/month with weekly scans and two service calls for minor fixes. Both include weekly health reports and require ongoing authorized system access.
What support is included after completion?
Every build includes one month of full monitoring after completion to identify and fix bugs. After that, optional Monthly Monitoring is $350/month and Monthly Maintenance is $100/month. Both include scheduled scans and weekly health reports. Issues found during scans receive an immediate report explaining the problem, expected fix, estimated repair time, and seriousness. Can I manage and improve the system myself?
Yes. Every system includes an AI prompt for use with your own chatbot and is designed for someone with technical knowledge to configure, troubleshoot, extend, and add programming. We recommend this option if you are comfortable with technology.
Do I need a chatbot or monthly monitoring?
No. Your system retains its original capabilities without a monthly plan or personal chatbot, but it will not learn or improve its efficiency on its own. A personal chatbot can help technically comfortable owners identify improvements. Our optional plans provide scheduled system scans and health reports.
