Where do you provide AI automation services?

How is the final cost determined?
We provide an initial estimate based on your project’s scope. A single basic automation starts at $697. Pricing depends on your project’s scope. Setup may reveal additional work needed to complete the system. We’ll discuss any added costs with you. Additional build charges cover only the extra time required; third-party software costs, if needed, are separate.
How long does a build take?
A typical build takes 3–5 days. Timing depends on the complexity of the automation and how quickly we receive the information and access needed from you.
Can you connect to the tools I already use?
We discuss your existing tools and potential requirements during the free consult. The specific connections and technical requirements are confirmed after the initial setup.
Are there any ongoing costs?
Text-message charges depend on your provider. Any required or optional third-party software costs are discussed before we design your system. Depending on the build, monthly fees may apply. We’ll discuss the ongoing costs required for your system with you. Optional Monthly Monitoring is $350/month with daily scans. Monthly Maintenance is $100/month with weekly scans and two service calls for minor fixes. Both include weekly health reports and require ongoing authorized system access.
What support is included after completion?
Every build includes one month of full monitoring after completion to identify and fix bugs. After that, optional Monthly Monitoring is $350/month and Monthly Maintenance is $100/month. Both include scheduled scans and weekly health reports. Issues found during scans receive an immediate report explaining the problem, expected fix, estimated repair time, and seriousness. Can I manage and improve the system myself?
Yes. Every system includes an AI prompt for use with your own chatbot and is designed for someone with technical knowledge to configure, troubleshoot, extend, and add programming. We recommend this option if you are comfortable with technology.
Do I need a chatbot or monthly monitoring?
No. Your system retains its original capabilities without an optional monitoring plan or personal chatbot, provided any required services remain active, but it will not learn or improve its efficiency on its own. A personal chatbot can help technically comfortable owners identify improvements. Our optional plans provide scheduled system scans and health reports.
